Eligible sellers may receive launch guidance that can include:

• Seller account setup guidance
• Brand and category approval guidance
• GTIN exemption guidance (where applicable)
• Guidance for up to 10 product listings
• FBA registration and first shipment guidance
• Amazon Sponsored Products setup guidance
• Launch support during your first 30 days

The complimentary launch support includes guidance for up to 10 product listings.

Additional services beyond the complimentary launch support may be offered separately.

Launch support is available only to eligible sellers.

Eligibility is determined after reviewing the information provided during your consultation.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for launch support.

We provide guidance based on marketplace experience and best practices.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Amazon seller account approval
• Brand approval
• Category approval
• GTIN exemption approval
• Product rankings
• Sales
• Revenue
• Business success

All approvals and decisions remain subject to Amazon’s policies and review processes.

Launch guidance is provided through the Amazon Trained Ecommerce Specialist (ATES) onboarding program.
